What is the greatest challenge you face at work?

Honestly, My greatest challenge is challenging myself. Raising cane's is very simple, almost idiotic. There is nothing that can't understand or can't do at Cane's. This makes my biggest priority become staying humble. I just keep in mind how much I need the money and how it is not that bad.
