Week Nine

Imagine you are your own supervisor. What changes would you make at your job and why?

I can not really elaborate on this subject because Raising Cane's is run so smoothly. The managers know exactly what they and us (the crew) need to do at all times. I suppose there is one thing I would change. I recently found out that there is conspiricy at Cane's. A manager was dating a crew member, now that crew member has become a manager. This is very much so against crew conduct. They would both be fired for lying to the GM. Yet, I keep my mouth shut because it is not hurting anyone, and frankly it is none of my business.
