How does this program benefit you as both a student and as an employee?

The work-based learning program helps me in more than one way. As a student, the program helps me gain a credit. Which is necessary in getting my diploma. As an employee, the work-based program helps me get that extra "umph" to get up and go to work. Not only am I getting paid to go to work, I also get a credit for my hours. This really drives me to work harder and be more sucessful. (Can you see through my bs Mrs. Scredon?)
